We were surprised by beautifully decorated and clean rooms with a separate bathroom. It had a marvellous setting just next door to motorbikes in Falmouth, centre of Falmouth and the beach and town centre. The owner was always available.

The rooms are tastefully decorated complete with a separate bathroom. The host, Morris, makes you feel at home.

I recently stayed at a guest accommodation in Falmouth and had a great experience. The hostess was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. She provided me with helpful travel tips and even did the dishes for me. The rooms and bathroom were beautifully decorated, and the croissants provided for breakfast were absolutely delicious. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main town center and close to the coast. The parking, although a bit limited, was not a major issue as I always managed to find a space nearby. I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

I stayed for 1 night and it was very lovely. I liked the owner who runs the place. During the stay everything was perfectly fine and I got ironing as a compliment. The room was tastefully decorated and reasonably spacious with a separate bathroom. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator etc were much appreciated...

Our stay at Magnolia House Guest Accommodation was excellent! We were in town for a wedding and stayed for a few nights. Leonie, the owner, was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and private, and the entire house was very clean. Leonie provided lots of useful amenities like shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast every day was delicious and generous, with lovely croissants and a fruit salad. The location was ideal, close to everything and with free parking nearby. We will definitely be back to this great value place, thanks Leonie!

Great location, short walk to town center & coast. Amazing food & essentials provided. Parking close by. Lovely, welcoming hosts. Always checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was simply perfect for my needs. The bedroom was cozy and made me feel right at home. The kitchenette had all the essentials, including a microwave and fridge, which made it convenient for me to prepare simple meals. The bathroom was spacious and came with free toiletries, adding a nice touch to my stay. it was a comfortable and delightful experience.

I personally would have preferred if the apartment had a toaster. However, I understand that this is just my personal preference, and others may not find it necessary.

The uphill walk, which was a bit tiring at times. there was only one bathroom and toilet for the whole group, but this was a minor inconvenience and didn't affect the overall value for money.
